Salad Days Opens New Greenhouse Facility in Flora
One of the best parts of representing this area is getting to see projects from start to finish. I had the opportunity to attend the groundbreaking for Salad Days’ hydroponic greenhouse in Flora, and this week, I was proud to be back for the ribbon cutting as they officially opened their new facility. Salad Days is bringing a modern approach to agriculture to Madison County through hydroponic growing, allowing fresh produce to be grown year-round in a controlled environment.
